Outward-opening windows are used primarily in markets where this opening method is the constructional and functional standard. This applies in particular to Scandinavian countries such as Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark, as well as the British and Dutch markets. The production of outward-opening windows requires many technological dependencies to be taken into account already at the stage of preparing the construction for production. It is necessary to ensure not only the correct cutting of frames, and, if required, also mullions, but also the correct selection of profiles, the correct inclusion of steel in PVC profiles and the appropriate execution of drainage.

The Outward-Opening Windows Module automates this entire process and takes control of the most important elements of the technology. The program ensures the correctness of frame and mullion cutting, takes care of the best possible use of material, controls the use of the appropriate Z and T profiles, and also correctly takes into account profiles with different colours on the inside and on the outside. As a result, preparing the construction for production is fast, correct and, above all, fully automatic. In the case of PVC profiles, the module also correctly accounts for steel, so that after the frame has been cut, it is included along the full length. In addition, if the user uses our controller for CNC machines, the module also ensures the correct execution of drainage on the profiles.

In the case of outward-opening windows, the correct cutting of elements is of key importance for the proper preparation of the construction for production. This applies primarily to frames, and in certain variants also to mullions, which must also be cut in accordance with technological requirements. The module controls these dependencies already at the stage of preparing the window design. The program automatically ensures that the cutting is carried out correctly, and at the same time, when an order is placed, it optimises cutting in such a way as to ensure the best possible use of material.

As a result, the user is fully relieved of this task and does not have to manually analyse individual cases or check which elements should be included in cutting. This solution not only speeds up production preparation, but also reduces the risk of errors that could occur when manually monitoring individual dependencies. The program automatically takes into account the rules assigned to this type of construction, which guarantees the correctness of the prepared designs and orders.

In the case of outward-opening windows, it is very important to correctly assign the appropriate Z and T profiles, which must be taken into account in accordance with the production technology. The module automatically monitors these dependencies, recognises the correct profile itself and includes it already at the stage of the construction drawing. Stolcad^® Professional also controls situations in which the profile has a different colour on the inside and a different colour on the outside.

This is important when preparing material and production data, because in this type of window the correct assignment of the profile covers both its geometry and the correct orientation. As a result, the outward-opening window construction is prepared fully correctly. Both Z and T profiles, as well as profiles with different colours, are taken into account by the program automatically, without the need to manually interfere with these dependencies.

In the case of outward-opening windows made of PVC profiles, it is very important to correctly include steel in the construction elements. When preparing production, cutting the PVC profile alone is not sufficient, because the method of taking and accounting for the steel reinforcement must also be correctly determined at the same time.

The module also takes this dependency into account automatically. If the frame is cut, the program assumes steel along the full length, in accordance with the requirements of this technology. As a result, the data prepared for production includes both the correct basic material and the correctly assigned steel.
